Offenbar wendet sich das Blatt, also der Wahlzettel: Hamburg will den digitalen Wahlstift offenbar nicht mehr zum Wählen, sondern nur noch zum Zählen einsetzen, und auch das wohl nur unverbindlich. Alexander hat den Stand der Dinge zusammengefasst. Offiziell entscheidet der Verfassungsausschuss der Hamburger Bürgerschaft über die Sache. Termin: Freitag, 16. November.

Mit einem digitalen Wahlstift – einem kamerabewehrten Kugelschreiber – wollten die Hamburger ihre erste Wahl nach neuem Recht schnell und günstig auszählen. Doch der CCC zeigte erst, dass ein manipulierter Stift Schadsoftware übertragen kann, und danach, dass das besondere Stimmzettelpapier ebenfalls manipuliert werden könnte. Die Stimmung ist gekippt.
